ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS

Customized programs for individuals and groups to fit your fitness goals. Track workouts, meals, or participate in one of our online fitness challenges. You will be able to conveniently pull everything up on your personal mobile device so both you and your trainer can track your progress and allow you to stay connected through our easy to use app.

LIVE VIDEO TRAINING

We offer live video personal or group training. Our video training can be set up as individual, double or group. Pricing varies based on number of participants. Sessions are customized based on client needs, goals, and equipment availability.

IN PERSON TRAINING

In person training at a designated location such as a park or home gym. Pricing available for individuals, small groups, and sports teams.

HYBRID VIRTUAL TRAINING

Work with Roy in person or through video while also taking advantage of the custom online training program. Meet with him weekly, or monthly to help stay on course with your progress and goals. Pricing varies please email for more info.
